At Milla Gowns, we want you to feel extraordinary in your selection; if your gown isn't the perfect fit, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original boutique tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully fold your gown in its original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the gown, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
